FAQ's

What sizes and colours do the shoes come in?

All shoe styles are shown with the correct range of sizes and colours, no other sizes or colours are available.

Do we ship to the USA and Canada?

Due to public liability laws unfortunately we do not currently shop the USA or Canada. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Can I specify a day or time for delivery?

No. Unfortunately as we use external couriers we are unable to specify an exact time for delivery.

What if I am at work when the courier tries to deliver?

If you know that you are going to be out on the day when the courier is due to call then ring +44(0)113 273 9700 and nominate a secure place to leave the order e.g. with a neighbour. Alternatively, you can put a note in the comments section when placing the order so that we are immediately aware of this option.

What is your Credit Card Security code?

The card security code is a three digit number found on the reverse of your card on the signature strip. It is preceded by part or all of your card number, but is always the last three digits.

This security code gives you extra protection when shopping online, as only the person who holds the card will have access to the code, as it is not printed anywhere and does not appear on normal receipts.

Regrettably we cannot proceed with your order without this security number.

Can I have a PO Box address for my card address?

No. Unfortunately we need a card that is registered to street address.

Do you have a paper catalogue?

No. Unfortunately because the stock can change overnight we are not able to provide an up to date an accurate paper catalogue.

Why can’t I find the shoes that I’m looking for?

Unfortunately we do not have our full range of shoes available for sale on the web site. We have a far bigger range in our shops. If you would like availability checking at your closest store feel free to give them a call.

Can I return my footwear for a refund if I change my mind?

No problem. We are happy to refund or exchange unsuitable footwear if its is returned in a suitable re-saleable condition, with your original despatch note, within 14 days of purchase.
