Delivery & Returns Policy

Our delivery charges are per order not per item. Therefore, the cost of deilvery will be the same whether you order one pair of shoes or one hundred pairs of shoes.

Standard Delivery £4.95 – Please allow 5 – 7 working days from confirmation of your order for the goods to arrive. Applicable to UK orders only.

We will always endeavour to beat these delivery times.

Items are dispatched Monday – Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays) and are delivered between 9am – 5:30pm. Unfortunately we do not deliver at the weekends.

When placing your first order with us it is mandatory that the goods be sent to your billing address. However, we do appreciate that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery, and as such for returning customers we do offer the option of delivering your goods to an address other than that of your registered billing address.

Obviously, we hope you’re happy with your new purchase!

However, if for any reason you’re unhappy, here’s what to do:

Changed your mind? If the goods aren't as you thought they’d be or you don’t like them when they arrive or they simply don’t match the outfit you bought them for, you have up to 14 days to return them to us. All we ask is that you send them back in the condition that you received them and in their original box.

If your goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them or if we have sent you the wrong item(s), we will offer you an exchange or refund (whichever you want, unless the shoes were a present to you – when the refund can only go to the original purchaser). The refunded amount does not include your delivery charge, it is simply the total cost of the tangible goods orignally purchased.

When returning an item(s) to Garage Shoes you must enclose either the original despatch note that arrived with the good(s) or a copy of your confirmation email.

Pack up the shoes carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back clearly addressed to: Garageshoes, Limewood Centre, Ring Road, Leeds, LS14 1NH

You should get a certificate of posting from the Post Office just in case your parcel goes missing, as we can’t help you if this happens.
