Delivery & Returns
Delivery Costs
Charges for UK customers are £2.95 per order and £1.00 per additional item. e.g. If you order one pair the delivery cost is £2.95, if you order two pairs the delivery cost is £3.95, if you order three pairs the delivery cost is £4.95 and so on…

Delivery Service
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. We use the premium Royal Mail Tracked service that allows you to view the progress of your parcel every step of the way.
Speed of Delivery
Please allow 3 to 7 working days from confirmation of your order for delivery within the UK. We will always endeavour to beat this timescale.
Unfortunately as we use Royal Mail Tracked we are unable to specify an exact day or time for delivery.
Failed Deliveries:
In most instances Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know that they have tried to deliver the order. You will then need to arrange collection of the parcel from your local sorting office. If you do not arrange collection the goods will be returned to us. You will then have up to two weeks (from the date we receive the returned parcel) to contact us and arrange for the order to be re-delivered. If you do not contact us within the specified time, we will refund you for the goods.
Returns Information
Obviously, we hope you’re happy with your new purchase! However, if for any reason you’re unhappy, here’s what to do…
Unworn/Unsuitable Goods
If you are unhappy with your order, return it to us within 28 days and we will issue you with a full refund to the value of the goods or process an exchange. You need to pay the postage for the goods to come back to us, unless they are faulty or not the goods requested. This helps us keep our prices down. Unsuitable goods can only be returned in an unworn/unused state and must be sent back in their original box. Once your goods have been received and are accepted back into stock please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
Faulty Unworn or Incorrect Item Sent
If your goods are faulty (unworn) or not as ordered, please email sales@garageshoes.co.uk stating your order number and the nature of the problem.
Returning Items to a Garage Shoes Store
Our High Street stores are only able to process an exchange or offer a credit note when returning online orders.
When Returning Goods
Please remember that the product(s) are your responsibility until the parcel has been received by us. You should get a certificate of posting from the Post Office just in case your parcel goes missing, as we can’t help you if this happens.
We do not provide a returns label. Instead, we provide customers with a £5.00 credit allocated to your account that can be redeemed against the next purchase. (The credit can only be redeemed on orders where the value of the goods is greater than £15.00 & is valid for 60 days.)
